Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your ClarifyBro account and all data associated with it.

To request deletion, email us from the address linked to your account:

Include your account email in the message so we can locate and remove the correct account.

What gets deleted

Your account (email, display name, profile photo, password hash)
Your login history (timestamps, IP-derived approximate location, device/browser info)
Your question activity log (used only to enforce the free-trial daily limit)
Your subscription status and plan information

We do not store your payment/card details ourselves — those are held by Google Play Billing, governed by Google's own policies. Deleting your ClarifyBro account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription; cancel that separately from the Google Play Store app if you no longer want it to renew.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. You'll get a confirmation email once your account and data have been removed.
